Orthodox Pasha (Easter)
In the Orthodox faith on Good Friday every church decorates Christ' Bier. As you can see this piece is about 9' x 6'. It is decorated differently every year and by the end of Friday night's Bridegroom Service the flowers are disassembled from the bier and dispersed to the congregation to take home as a safe keeping.
